Tri Cities Market Update

Sorry for the delay. Excited for the 2026 market update.
Here are the stats for the past week in the Tri-Cities:
In Port Moody, there were 51 new listings, 8  price changes  and 26 sold properties.


In Coquitlam there were 156 new listings, 40 price changes  and 62 sold properties.
In Port Coquitlam there were 67 new listings, 15 price changes  and 20 sold properties.
