Tri-Cities Market Update May 26, 2025

Listings in the Tri-Cities are up close to April numbers. An INCREASE in price adjustments as Seller's see lower activity than normal. Buyers that have been waiting on the sideline are continuing to monitor the market for further reductions.

Here in Port Moody, there were 48 new listings 31 sales and and 15price adjustment.
In Coquitlam there were 141 new listings, 82 sold properties and 61 price adjustments.
In Port Coquitlam there were 47 new listings, 27 sold properties and 19 price adjustments.
