Tri-Cities Market update

Listings and sales in the Tri-Cities have decreased in the past week. There is a good list of new inventory and a few price adjustments. Buyers have a lot to choose from right now.  
Here in Port Moody, there were 25 new listings 21 sales and and 8 price adjustment.
In Coquitlam there were 102 new listings, 76 sold properties and 76 price adjustments.
In Port Coquitlam there were 26 new listings, 26 sold properties and 13 price adjustments.
